Vacation Rental Turnover
$180+$180 for 1–2 beds, $200 for 3–4 beds, including stripping, washing, and remaking all linens on-site. 5+ beds: custom flat quote.
Handyman
$100First hour, then $80 per additional hour for installs, repairs, and upkeep — no separate vendor to book.
- Same-day turnovers are the same rate — just request by 9am that morning.
- Holiday cleans add $50 to your turnover rate. We work all hours, weekends, and holidays.
- Free cancellation up to 24 hours before the scheduled start. Canceling within the final 24 hours is a $75 fee.
- Payment due after each clean via Zelle, Venmo, Cash App, PayPal, Turno, or invoice.

Yes. We provide turnover cleaning for properties listed on Airbnb and other vacation-rental platforms throughout Queen Creek, San Tan Valley, and Gilbert.
What's included in the flat rate?

Can I schedule a same-day turnover?
Yes, at the same flat rate with no rush fee. Request by 9am that morning and we'll add it to the day's schedule.
Do you provide cleaning supplies, or do I?
We bring all of our own cleaning equipment and supplies, or use yours if you prefer. Guest consumables like paper goods, soaps, and coffee are separate — you ship them to us or fund restock runs.
